Clan description: A ginger tabby tom with darker ears and pale blue eyes.A large tom with a sturdy build and ginger pelt with a tabby pattern. He has a plumeau-like tail and a triangle shaped head with friendly pale blue eyes. He has a torn ear and some scars but is healthy.Limitations: Oversized

Clouddancer can best be described as a very sweet cat, on his surface he does not seem to bear any ill will towards any of his Clanmates or other Clan’s but looks can deceive. As he continues to grow and becomes stronger, he will see that dedication and hard work will pay off later in life. Still family is everything for this tom, he wants to make his parents proud and he himself wants to be proud of what he has achieved. He will be kind and thoughtful towards the Queens in his Clan and maybe even a bit known for his soft spot with them.< Tactless - Stubborn - Guided by his heart >
While this tom has a soft spot for the more vulnerable he can be quite tactless when he speaks. He does not care for the feelings of his fellow cat’s and is quite frank about it too. He will speak his mind and is not afraid to heed the consequences about those words. This will make him a valuable asset to his Clan. In his opinion he can be stubborn and not willing to see it the way others do, he believes he is right and no other cat can tell him otherwise. If they do they might get their nose snapped at, but in doing so he is only led by his heart and his believes in what is right.< Temperamental - Protective - Opinionated >
When he believes he is right he will stick with his point, even to the point he gets very temperamental and judgemental towards the other cat that started the question or fight. He will stand up and fight for what he believes is right and not beat around the bush about it.
While others might see it as smothering his brothers and sisters he only wants to protect his family, he knows his family does not need his protective nature but if any cat would only lay a paw on his family they will know it!
Off from being temperamental and protective Clouddancer is very opinionated about Clanmatters, he will always be in favour of war to solve problems with other Clan’s. With this unpopular opinion he will earn some battle wounds and scars but he will wear them as a crown.>> Trivia

Character description

This tom is a cat you don’t want to cross in battle, he is fierce and protective and will not hesitate to take any actions necessary. Though he can be very hot tempered he can be silent and calculating when needed. Learning how to control his emotions is a big task for him but as he grows older he will ultimately learn how.MATE: Stonehawk (25-04-2022)

History

CloudkitPre-Birth:Before Cloudkit is born he and all other Clanmates are visited by Spiderstar and Adderstar, and they have a message. Every cat is requested to confess their sins and do so at the Gathering Place. Cloudkit does not get this dream but does feel the emotions Sheepcloud in the womb. He starts kicking for a moment and then returns to being calm.0-1 moons:After being born Cloudkit sticks to Sheepcloud’s fur like mud, after his eyes open he starts exploring his surroundings and quickly finds himself outside of the Nursery. While exploring all this new ground he runs into an Apprentice, Snowpaw. The Apprentice sort of invites Cloudkit to play and he starts to wiggle his little butt. When he starts to get tired he sits down and just then Snowpaw pounces at him and gives him a hard kick against his jaw. Cloudkit is scared and runs to Krestelpaw and tries to explain what happened with his sore jaw. Krestelpaw then tends to Cloudkit who is shaken by the events.2-6 moons:Overcoming his fear of Snowpaw who is later made a Warrior he starts to explore more. The cold is getting the upper hand and prey is scarcer than ever, this does not hold Cloudkit back to explore and walk up to cats to ask them their names and beg for stories or whatever he can get from the older cats. He does not take a keen interest in his siblings but he knows he is the one that has to protect them whatever it takes.When exploring the camp again he runs into another Apprentice who seems annoyed by him not knowing her name. She introduces herself as Hollypaw and tells him a few stories. After that he goes back to his Den and falls asleep.A few days before Cloudkit is Apprenticed there is a lot of stuff happening in the ValleyClan camp. Suddenly RockClan cat’s burst into ValleyClan’s camp and demand a conversation with Sootstar. They speak about problems in their own Clan and that they need help. Sootstar call’s for the Medicine cat’s but only Krestelpaw answers his call.
After this Sootstar denies their cry for help and the RockClan cat’s are back on their way home.
Sootstar call’s for a Clanmeeting and starts to speak about the Dark Forest. Cloudkit is awake and does not understand what his leader is telling them. Cats would have been training with the Dark Forest and after this it’s all a blur for Cloudkit. He doesn’t understand what is happening and is taken to the sideline by Beelight who tries to comfort him. When the chaos seems to be going away Sootstar departs to seek out someone called Minerva the Oracle. Cloudkit has a lot of questions about all this and ask Beelight for more information. She explains to him that Minerva knows even more than Medicine cat’s, Cloudkit is baffled with this. Beelight also gives him some advice on his nightmares he has been having and if they still happen he should go find her. He promises to seek her out if that happens en even if the bad dreams go away he wants to pay her a visit. She then tells him to run along and he does, but before leaving she tells him he will be a great Warrior one day and beaming with pride he seeks a calmer place to ask other Warriors about Minerva and the Dark Forest.When he is searching the Camp for a Warrior to bother he finds one cat who he decides to call Mr. Warrior (Acornpath) and starts to ask him questions. Sadly the Warrior has no answers for him but he does invite Cloudkit to see his collection of bones and feathers.

Cloudpaw6 moons (!):A day after the visit of RockClan Cloudkit finally is apprenticed, while he is nervous he is excited too and he has every right to be excited. When Sootstar gives other kit’s their mentors he gets to Cloudkit and tells him he will be his apprentice. Cloudpaw is very happy about this and promises to train hard.
At the end of the day another RockClan warrior comes with a message that all cat’s should gather in the RockClan camp. Sootstar agrees and the whole of ValleyClan moves to RockClan. Cloudpaw is amazed by all that lies beyond the Campwalls and tries to become friends with some kittens upon arrival.On a new morning a few days after being in the RockClan camp Cloudpaw comes along with a hunting patrol, led by Sootstar and some other Warriors. One of them is not from ValleyClan and Cloudpaw tries to talk to the cat but he is not very talkative. He is from StreamClan and tells Cloudpaw a bit about their territory. When he asks Cloudpaw about ValleyClan’s he is short of answers since he has not had a tour through the territory of ValleyClan yet. Later the cat introduces himself as Goosewaddle and asks about his daughter.First training
Cloudpaw is sitting in camp and is resigned to not getting his first training yet. He understands Soostar is busy with handling everything and most surprised when his mentor visits him in the crowded Apprentice den to take him out hunting. They don’t go to ValleyClan’s territory but to WoodClan’s. Cloudpaw is a bit hesitant about going there but knows his mentor knows best.He tells Sootstar he wants to catch a robin for Acornpath (aka Mr. Warrior) and after some searching they find one. Sootstar does most of the hunt only giving Cloudpaw the signal to catch the bird but this small victory fills Cloudpaw with joy. Sootstar decides it has been enough for one day and takes Cloudpaw back to camp with the promise of a fighting training next time.Mass vigil
While he is excited about his training later that day there is a mass vigil for cats that died fighting Dark Forest cats. Two are his own clanmates, Doecall and Froghop. While others are angry with Froghop who killed Doecall Cloudpaw thinks the Warrior might not have had a choice. He says his goodbyes to his clanmates and briefly looks at the other lost cats, among them there is the RockClan Medicine cat, Liongaze. The smell of death is all consuming and makes Cloudpaw sick as he goes back to sit in the circle of cats who pay their last respects.After the vigil he starts talking with a WoodClan Apprentice, about his age. He introduces himself as Wildpaw. They start talking about being Apprenticed and how they are training on RockClan ground instead of their own. They spar a bit and then go their separate ways.7 moons:
Preparing for the Great Battle
In the next moon Flaxshade and Twinshadow appear in the RockClan camp. They have an announcement: Thistlestar is back from the dead! Cloudpaw is really confused by all this, another Warrior had killed him he had said. How can a cat return from the dead again? After some further explanation the two ShadeClan cat’s say it must have something to do with the Shade. A very powerful spirit. They also bring news of how the groups in the Dark Forest have been training to assault them as a group. Flaxshade promises to help fight them when the time comes. With the equinox only a quarter moon away Cloudpaw starts sparring with other Apprentices more, he knows he needs to train more to defend his Clan and the Forest.The Great Battle
As the sun makes room for the moon every hair stands on end on Cloudpaw’s back. The sky turns red and an orange full moon is set against the dark red sky. Cloudpaw swallows and looks at the moon with fear in his heart. It was time, time to defend his Clan and the heritage of the Clan’s around the lake. A loud crakled sound makes him jerk his head but there is nothing to see. In the few moments of silence that follow it is roughly interupted by a high pitched screech. Cloudpaw ducks his head and shields his ears. The terrifying sound echoes in his ears as he stands up straight again. It was almost like the sound came from a cat a few tail lengths away but Cloudpaw knew better. It was the Shade, the very thing they came here to destroy. Twitching his ears he looks at Spottedtail and then forwards again. It was only a matter of time before the Dark Forest cats would start appearing. He had only seen them in dreams but this was real, the threat was heavy but he felt ready, ready as he could ever be.
The shriek reached one more high pitch and then they started coming, all cats from the shadows into the world of the living. “You don’t belong here” Cloudpaw snarled and curled up his upper lip. The freed dark spirits started to attack cat’s at will and not long before that the battlefield was filled with yowls of pain and terror.
His fur bristled as saw Spottedtail being attacked by a cat he did not know but he could not help her for now. A dark figure made his way to the orange Apprentice, as the shadow Warrior tries to injure him it seems like had severely underestimated him. Snarling, clawing and ripping pieces of flesh open the Apprentice draws the black ichor of the dark Warrior who screams in surprise. His mind races as he tries to remember everything Sootstar taught him during the brief moons he has been in the RockClan territory. Making use of the higher ground and landing more blows on Tallsplash he feels like he is winning. The Dark Forest warrior succeeds to scar his shoulders and sides slightly but he gets a grip on his ear and tears it. In pain Cloudpaw yowls and puts on his brave face to face his enemy. Darting around trying to confuse the enemy he focuses on his determination to help save the Clans from this nightmare, the nightmare that has haunted him from the day he was born. A sudden change makes him stop, blood drips from his torn ear but the blow he intended to land on Tallsplash would never be. The Dark warrior seems to have vanished into thin air. Cloudpaw takes a shuddering breath only realizing now what peril they all have been in. He was so focussed with his own battle he just now sees the harm that has been done to the other cats of the Clans.
A red wave of energy shoots up in the sky, visible from everywhere and his eyes grow large. Minerva has done it. Tiredly he smiles and sees sudden appearances of starry Warriors. Is this really happening? StarClan among them? The red light that radiated from the Meteor Pools slowly fades and the night sky slowly becomes illuminated with all sorts of lights. Yellow, green and blue. Frowning he looks at the sky but there is only one thing on his mind. Going home to see if his parents are alright. His paws are tired and he can hardly stand on them but more starry Warriors flood the fields and there is a new energy wavering through his body. Cloudpaw still feels tired but in another way. They had defeated the Dark Forest.Upon returning to the RockClan camp all cat’s are accompanied by StarClan, living and deceased all together. The sad news of the death of Antlerthroath makes Cloudpaw worry about Sootstar. Would his mentor and leader be okay? Grieving the lost Warriors among StarClan cat’s sitting everywhere Cloudpaw sinks in a random moss nest, he is exhausted. When a gentle nudge wakes him from his trance he looks up to see the scarred Acontpath. With tears in his eyes he looks up. "You're safe" he mumbles and buries his head in the fur of the Warrior. The rest of that evening is a haze. Only one thing was clear as day, they were free of the Dark Forest.8-11 Moons
After the fight is over ValleyClan still stays a little while in RockClan, later when most of the Clan has recuperated Sootstar decides it is time to go home for ValleyClan. As excited as Cloudpaw may be to go home he has to part with a good friend of his; Stonepaw. The two agree to seek eachother out later to see how they are both doing.
The last few moons of his Apprenticeship under Sootstar Cloudpaw spends training and getting ready to become a Warrior. A part of him did not want to become a Warrior but time was not his friend in this.12 moons
The time has come to meet up with his friend on the shorelines and he feels a bit nervous about this but is very happy to see his friend again. His friend tells him he feels unhappy in RockClan and Cloudpaw suggests he should join ValleyClan. {WIP RPG}Final assessment; catching a hare

Clouddancer13 MoonsSootstar made Cloudpaw a Warrior after he has catched a hare a s his final assessment. Cloudpaw is named Clouddancer in honor of his swift and agile feet. Clouddancer feels insecure about being a Warrior but is proud at the same time.
When the moon is full he attends the gathering and meets up with Stonepaw again, over their head fireworks explode but only after he has found his friend he can enjoy the spectacle.14 Moons
After some time he meets up again with Stonepaw whom has decided he wants to join ValleyClan. Clouddancer escorts his friend to his home and presents him to Beelight and Sootstar. Sootstar quickly decides that instead of what Clouddancer has in mind his friend will be mentored by Hayflower, not him. With this decision Clouddancer feels dissapointed but accepts Sootstar's decicion.In the middle of the night there comes a ball of raging fire flying over their heads. Cat's panic and Clouddancer seeks comfort with Stonepaw and discusses if this is an omen send by StarClan.
Later they go to the Gathering and hear disturbing news from WoodClan, the outlaw they were harbouring had committed several crimes and was banished and Sootstar just let Wildsoot stay in ValleyClan camp. It angered Clouddancer to find out these horrific details. Later they heard that Ravenscar was stepping down.
Before Clouddancer can become more angry new cats appear and they introduce themselves as ** Fjell**. Unsure he takes in these newcomers that look a bit like Minerva but aren't quite the same. They tell they came down for an omen that was send to them and they approach Willowchomp, the RockClan Deputy. The Fjell tell they come in peace and only want to talk with the Deputy. With mixed feelings Clouddancer returns home.

After a moon or so they announce it was not Willowchomp they were to find but Singesight. After they have found their heir they invite cat's of all Clan's to join them to travel back to the mountains to live there. Clouddancer politely declines and sees the cat's that leave off. The wintermonths are cold and hars and on a day Sootstar walks in with severe hypothermia signs. Clouddancer acts quick and leads his former mentor to the Healers den to give him some rosemary. Afther he is warmed up they aggree to go hunting together again.

As the day’s pass by Clouddancer grows in his abilities as a Healer. He grows more confident each day. He takes some time off with Stonehawk and takes a tour in the territories where they confess their love for eachother. Clouddancer says: “I am yours and you are mine from this day until the end of my days, from this day until my last day. With this gesture, I pledge my love,” and he presses his head against Stonehawk’s.Soon after their union the half moon gathering starts and Clouddancer and his fellow healers get a horrible prophecy. He finds himself in their own territory again and for a short while it’s all quiet. A voice says ”DO NOT GROW COMFORTABLE IN PEACE”. The silence is broken by the sound of howling wolves and crackeling fire, but there is no fire to be seen. A torrent of noise floods his senses and thunder and rain fill his ears while the clan still sleeps and in the middle of the chaos he tastes the scent of holly. ”DANGER LURKS IN SHADOWS YOU HAVE NOT SEEN YET.. WHEN BORDERS WILL CEASE TO BE” are the last words before everything calms down. Clouddancer does not know what to make of it.

All the things fade and a cat steps forward, a cat with a starry pelt who slowly takes shapes and then Clouddancer can make out Needlewind. Needlewind was Stonehawk’s father and one of the reasons his mate left the RockClan. Clouddancer is formally acknowledged as a full Healer by Needlewind and given his blessing to be with Stonehawk.
Clouddancer returns with a message for Stonehawk that his father misses him and watches over them from StarClan.The horrible prophecy still rings in Clouddancers ears when disaster strikes. The sound of howling fills his ears and an unstoppable beating of rain starts to fall. A tornado has hit ValleyClan and Clouddancer tries to keep every kit safe, his father Clovereyes does the same at the cost of his life. Clouddancer is devastated after his father passes away.
Everything in ValleyClan is a wreck and alongside with his father Crimsonmoon has died. There are a lot of mayor injured cats and Clouddancer himself hasn’t been spared, he has come out with a bruised tail but the pain is shrill in contrast with the grief he is feeling for the loss of his father. Clouddancer is unable to help as the grief has hit him hard.

He dug his claws in the earth. “What are you saying Viperdash?” he growled with his ears pinned back. “You of all cats?'' The brown tom in front of him tried to make himself as small as possible but Clouddancer ignored it. “You let escape our only chance of prey today. The Elders must be happy with you” He snorted and turned away. “I could not help it! I just was not fast enough” Viperdash retorted. His neck fur bristled for a moment but he padded on, he had to take back some prey to the Elders if Viperdash was not planning on it. He opened his mouth to drink in the smells but they were all faint, a sign of the fact they really did mess up the hunt. All Viperdash had to do was catch the hare he was chasing towards him and he blew it. For the next day he would make sure to ignore that stupid fur ball. Then his blue eyes catched a swift movement. Would his luck turn around? He lowered himself into the leaves as his pelt blended in with his surroundings. After a few moments a small rabbit hopped out of a burrow and his eyes widened. Silently he lifted a paw, ready to pounce but something scared the rabbit away. Annoyed he sat back up and saw Viperdash running towards him. “For StarClans sake, I was ...” he meowed annoyed but Viperdash’ looked not like he was disturbing his hunt for fun. “It’s SteamClan, they are out for war” he blurted out with his eyes wide. “Oh, I am ready for it” he answered Viperdash who looked scared. Clouddancer looked quite the opposite, his eyes gleamed and were determined. He was as ready as he would ever be.
